The first peas of the season are the sweetest, and so is this hat.
This is an easy and adorable hat to knit with minimal finishing: the hat is knitted in the round, changing to green for the stem. The peas and pod are worked separately and sewn on so there are only your casting-on and binding-off ends to work in.
The finished measurements for this hat are 16" and 18".
The yarn shown is Peaches & Creme 100% unmercerized cotton in worsted weight. Any yarn that works up at 4sts=1" in stockinette stitch on size 7 needles can be used.
This is a project you can do in an evening and have ready for the baby shower tomorrow!
