This is an easy and adorable hat to knit with minimal finishing: the hat is knitted in the round, so there are only your casting-on and binding-off ends to work in.
The corkscrew tassels are knitted and sewn on.
The finished measurements for this hat are 16" and 18".
The yarn called for is worsted weight that works up at 4sts-1". The hat shown is worked in Peaches n Creme 100% unmercerized cotton in medium blue with turquoise, lime and red tassels.
