The pearl bunny buttons needed a sweater to go with them, and limiting it to just pink or blue wouldn't do: I had to make both.
This roomy, drop-shoulder cardigan is adorable and easy to knit.
There is minimal finishing: the sleeves are picked up and worked from the shoulder down, so there are only the side seams to finish, and the button bands are worked in garter stitch as you knit the sweater.
The yarn is Peaches & Creme 100% unmercerized cotton in worsted weight. This yarn is soft, has a nice hand, and works up quickly at 4sts/1" in stockinette stitch on size 7 needles (needles not included).
The kit contains enough yarn to make the largest size sweater and hat, buttons, and yarn for the hat trim, plus complete instructions.
The color is a light blue, the buttons are pearl bunnies, and the hat trim is white.
The kit is for sizes 6,12 or 18 months (finished chest measurement: 19"/21"/23").
