The first things a baby plays with should be soft, and these are soft and squeezable.
These blocks are the right size for little hands to play with.
Each side of the block is a different stitch pattern: stockinette, 1x1 rib, 2x2 rib, seed stitch, and basket stitch. You can vary the color sequence and stitch sequence to make each block unique.
The yarn is Peaches n Creme 100% unmercerized cotton in worsted weight that works up quickly at 4sts=1" in stockinette stitch on size 7 needles (needles not included).
The colors are yellow, orange, lime, pink, purple and peacock, and sewn together with red.
The kit includes yarn to make three blocks, three 3" foam cubes, and complete instructions.
