This is an easy and adorable hat to knit with minimal finishing: the hat is knitted in the round, and the carrots are worked separately and sewn on so there are only your casting-on and binding-off ends to work in.
The finished measurements for this hat are 16" and 18".
The yarn is Peaches & Creme 100% unmercerized cotton in worsted weight; the hat is medium blue, and the carrots are orange with green crocheted tops. This yarn is soft, has a nice hand, and works up quickly at 4sts=1" in stockinette stitch on size 7 needles (needles not included).
