Take me out to the ballgame in this great baseball hat! And thanks to Dave Pap for suggesting this design.
This is an easy and adorable hat to knit: the hat is knitted flat, the stitching is embroidered on, then the back seam is sewn.
The instructions are for three sizes: finished measurements are 16 1/2", 17 1/2" and 18 1/2".
The yarn is Peaches & Creme 100% unmercerized cotton in worsted weight; the hat is natural (off-white) and the stitching embroidery is red. This yarn is soft, has a nice hand, and works up quickly at 4sts=1" in stockinette stitch on size 7 needles (needles not included).
The kit contains enough yarn to make the largest size hat plus complete instructions.
This is a project you can do in an evening and have ready for the baby shower tomorrow!
